Even with our desire to satisfy every customer we must point out that this is not a retail operation and we are unable to offer an unconditional return policy. Customer has 7 days from the receipt of item to report any problems.

Within 7 days of delivery reciept, you may return any of the following purchased from Closeout Video:
Books in their original condition;
unopened CDs,DVDs, Blu-Ray, software and video games;
any other merchandise in new unopened condition with original packaging and accessories.

Closeoutvideo wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find
that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy to determine if any special return conditions apply.
Shipping and handling charges for returning items are borne by the buyer. In other words the buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
For DVDs, Blu-ray discs, HD-DVDs, Music, Books, Video Games
If you are not 100% satisfied or bought the wrong item you may return it within the
first 7 days of delivery reciept. You may return your item within 7 days from the shipping date for a refund of the purchase price minus the original shipping charges (or actual charges paid by us), as long as the item is in its original unopened packaging.
If the item is damaged, defective or we shipped the wrong item you must notify us within 7 days of delivery reciept. You will need to return the item to us. Upon reciept and inspection of the item and verification the item is as you reported it, you will get an exchange shipped free, if one is not available then a refund of the purchase price and the original shipping (if any) will be granted.

Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 7 days after delivery: expect a partial refund of 50% of item's price minus the original shipping charges (or actual charges paid by us).
Any book that has obvious signs of use: expect a partial refund of 50% of item's
price minus the original shipping charges (or actual charges paid by us).
Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has
been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): there is no refund or exchange.
Any item that is returned and not in its original condition, is damaged, or is
missing parts for reasons not due to our error: expect a partial refund of up to 50%
of item's price minus the original shipping charges (or actual charges paid by us).
We have trusted, quality suppliers and a stellar reputation of only selling 100%
legal factory original products. If any item is suspected of not being genuine, please respond to us via email immediately. You will be required to return the suspect product to us. Upon receipt, inspection and verification that the item is indeed not genuine, you will get an exchange with an authentic item shipped free, if one is not available then a refund of the purchase price and the original shipping, plus return shipping fees will be granted. (return shipping refund will not exceed the shipping fees paid upon purchase). Without supplying us the evidence, we will not be able to take any action on your claim.
